ALL PRE ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NO CANCELLATION. SINCE ALL PRE ORDER ARE ORDERED BASED ON WHAT THE CUSTOMER ORDERED! SO PLEASE BARE THAT IN MIND.

Damages and issues
if there are Damages make sure to contact the Shipping company since Purpleth Studio is not responsible for all damages that was shipped in perfect conditon. Once shipped Purpleth Studio is not responsible for any loss or damages

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
All Sales are final meaning we don't accept exchanges especially for all pre orders.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at purplethstudio@gmail.com.

Refunds
Purpleth studio don't take any refunds or exchanges especially Pre Orders, All Orders are final so make sure you order your correct size and read the listing descriptions. Why we don't accept refunds or exchanges for PRE ORDER ITEMS? Beacause PRE ORDER Means " IT IS WHAT YOU ORDERED THAT WE WILL ORDER" So when you cancel or apply for any chargebacks after you already purchased those will fall under the BUSINESS OWNER WITH OUR OWN MONEY! SO PLEASE BE KIND TO ALL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS! WE ARE NOT CORPORATIONS THAT HAS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, WE DO EVERYTHING BY OURSELVES.
